What’s covered

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failure during normal use of the product.
  • Controllers, wiring harnesses, housings, and LED assemblies.

What’s not covered

  • Improper install, abuse, collisions, or cut/spliced wiring.
  • Water intrusion caused by damaged routing or connectors.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear and third-party modifications.

How to start a claim

  1. Go to Contact Support and choose “Warranty”.
  2. Include order number, description of issue, and photos/video.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a prepaid label (Lower-48) for approved swaps.

Most claims are resolved within 2–4 business days after the package is scanned by the carrier.
